One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, the workout can suit each rider’s abilities. With every class comes increased confidence and strength, so we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun.

Our classes are made for all fitness levels. How tough your ride will be entirely up to you. You will always be in control of your bike’s resistance. For your first time, the most important thing is to have fun!

It depends on the weight of the individual and the amount of exertion used. Research indicates that on average, indoor cyclist's burn from 500-800 calories in a 45 min class!

Take Absolute Cycle classes and we will make your thighs look amazing. Our classes are designed to shape and build muscle, not to add bulk. Just take a look at our instructors! The focus is entirely on the glutes and the abdominals as well as toning up your core.

We have had many expecting mothers take classes, but please consult your physician beforehand.

The minimum age to ride a class is 16 with the parents' permission. Anyone who is 152cm (5 feet) or below will not meet bike requirements. If you are under the age of 18, your parent/guardian must sign your waiver form.

Yes. Shoes are included in the price of the class. Regular shoes are not allowed. For those who have their own road cycling shoes, you will need to use Shimano SPD – SL cleated shoes.

A workout towel will be waiting for you on your bike. We provide small sweat towels for all riders. The changing rooms are stocked with big bath towels for after your shower too.

Yes, we also provide shampoo, shower gel and body lotion.

Yes. The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. Forgot your water bottle? Not a problem at all…cold water bottles are available to purchase at front desk.

Bookings can be done on-site at the studio or online by Absolute Yoga Group App. Select a class from our weekly schedule, reserve your bike or spot and you’re ready to go.

Walk-ins are accepted if there are spaces available in the class. If the class is fully booked, you may still indicate your interest by joining the waiting list – should a member cancel, you will be informed and you can confirm your space upon notification.

Yes, there is! Click on the waiting list button under the class you would like to join. A class credit is deducted when you are added on the waiting list. You will automatically be added to the class and be notified via email once a bike or spot becomes available. If you no longer want to be on the waiting list, please remove yourself via online or by calling the studio to avoid being charged. Your credits will be credited back if we are unable to secure you a spot.

Every Monday before noon we release the weekly schedule for the next week. You can then start booking your classes ahead through our mobile app. Class reservations can be made online or by calling any of our Absolute Cycle studios.

We understand emergencies do happen and we allow cancellations up to 6 hours before the class. If you cancel less than 6 hours before class, we will need to reallocate your bike to another rider and sorry, you will lose those credits.

Cancellation can be done via online or by calling the studio.

Please call front desk to advise you will not be attending the class.

Our beats start booming in the dark on point. So, please make sure to come to the studio and sign in 15 minutes before class starts, especially if you are new. Late arrivals will wait until 2nd song. Avoid the walk of shame.

Ride in style! We suggest wearing form fitting pants or shorts and a light and breathable top. No need to bring a towel and cycling shoes, we supply them!

Yes, an ABSOLUTE positive attitude! In addition, a water bottle. Hydration is key! We provide cycling shoes and towels, and trust us: You’ll need one (or three!).
