ABOUT ME:

I was quite skeptical about Rhythm Cycling when I first heard about it as I was an ‘enthusiastic amateur’ outdoor rider and couldn’t understand what the attraction would be of riding a stationary bike! However, after my first class, I was blown away. It’s an awesome cardio workout. The riding form is uniquely different from road biking so all the focus is in the gluteus and the abs rather than in the quads and calves so it helped lose all the fat in the right places without increasing muscle mass. It was through this that I dropped 20KG.
